JOOYLAND

A relationship scrapbook for two people

A relationship scrapbook for two people.

JOOYLAND is a paid subscription iPhone app from Joey Leavitt, LLC, Florence, Alabama. It is a relationship scrapbook for two people. Over time the two members send each other moments — pictures, videos, voice, and text — back and forth, building a record of their relationship that lasts a lifetime. Each scrapbook is private to the two people in it. No feed, no advertising.

No advertising. JOOYLAND is a paid subscription, and it always will be. There are no advertisers here, and there is nothing to sell about you.

No feed. It is not a social network. It is two people.

Text messages

JOOYLAND sends two kinds of text message: one to a new member when they sign up, and one to the person that member invites into a relationship scrapbook.

Sign-up. When a new member signs up, a one-time code is sent to the new member's phone to confirm the number.

Invitation. When the member invites a second person into the scrapbook, the member first confirms in the app that the second person has agreed to be texted. The second person then receives one invitation text.

No other messages are sent. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Phone numbers are never shared.

Consent is collected in the app, on the screen where the number is typed. Sign-up (left) and invitation (right):
